Building on the remarkable success of the previous four editions, this year's Forum highlights mental health and wellbeing as strategic drivers of personal fulfilment, professional success and social progress.
For the fifth consecutive year, the Forum will bring together prominent speakers from Greece and abroad, offering a trusted platform for meaningful dialogue, knowledge exchange, policy recommendations and the sharing of best practices that can advance mental health and wellbeing while contributing to a higher quality of life for all.
The Forum will focus on the following thematic areas:
→ People in a Changing World: Finding New Reference Points for Mental Health and Wellbeing
→ Investing in the Next Generation: Mental Health, Wellbeing and Skills for Tomorrow
→ Workplace Transformation through Mental Health and Wellbeing: A Strategic Priority for Future-Ready Businesses

Alongside the main conference programme, participants will have the opportunity to take part in interactive workshops, exploring innovative approaches, practical tools and evidence-based methods for promoting mental health and wellbeing.
Wellbeingr's mission is to inspire and empower individuals, organisations and communities to embrace a new way of living, working and connecting that places mental health and wellbeing at the heart of human development, social progress and sustainable prosperity, while enabling people to flourish and enjoy a better quality of life.
