As part of the Wellbeing Happenings, on Saturday, November 9th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Wellbeingr organized an experiential event with the certified yoga instructor Ioanna Soulioti | Isoulyoga in the warm and welcoming space of Bliss Place—a journey of empowerment and relaxation through the unique method of chair yoga.
Ioanna introduced participants, in her own distinctive way, to the secrets of this gentle and accessible method of integrating yoga into daily life, with exercises performed while seated. In less than two hours, participants gained an understanding of chair yoga and learned how they could easily incorporate movement into their daily routines to relieve physical pain and tension, all while enhancing their physical and mental wellbeing.
