In a time when everyday challenges — and especially the demands of the modern workplace — are becoming increasingly intense, the need to raise awareness around the importance of wellbeing is more urgent than ever.
Wellbeingr actively participated through an interactive talk by Isabelle Razi, co-founder of Wellbeingr, titled “Wellbeing: Trend or Necessity?”, at the opening event of EASE, as part of its new series of gatherings, “360° Wellbeing”.
Through the presentation, it became clear that mental, physical, and social wellbeing are not temporary trends, but essential needs of our time. Drawing on international data and modern practices, the discussion highlighted how wellbeing directly impacts people’s quality of life, organizational effectiveness, and the sustainable development of society. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of wellbeing@work as a strategic choice for organizations seeking not only higher performance, but also a culture of trust, psychological safety, connection, and human flourishing.
The event opened a meaningful dialogue around the need to move beyond models focused solely on productivity, toward approaches that also create space and value for “how we live.” This philosophy lies at the core of Wellbeingr’s mission: to help cultivate a new mindset in which human wellbeing is recognized as a foundation for progress.
Through the discussion that followed, it became clear that wellbeing is not simply a “nice to have,” but a fundamental prerequisite for thriving, influencing the way we live, work, think, and connect with one another. At Wellbeingr, we believe that wellbeing is not a luxury, but a collective responsibility. Through initiatives focused on dialogue, awareness, and education, the conditions are created for a future with greater meaning, care, and balance — for ourselves and for future generations.
Warm congratulations to EASE for the initiative and the excellent organization of the event.
