On World Mental Health Day, October 10, 2024, Wellbeingr AMKE organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, the 3rd International Wellbeingr Forum titled "Empowering Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work for Sustainable Companies and Thriving Societies" at Zappeion Megaron in Athens, Greece.
The conference was conducted in Greek, English, and Greek sign language, with simultaneous interpretation and, QR code system supported services for visually impaired individuals, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all. In this context, a key objective of the event was achieved since individuals with hearing impairments attended the conference sessions for the first time and with great interest.

→ The conference was attended by 240 people, including representatives from the government and political parties, academics, senior executives from businesses and organizations, mental health experts, journalists, students, and others. Participants had the opportunity to learn from distinguished speakers from Greece and abroad about the latest policies, strategies, trends, and best practices that promote wellbeing in the workplace, sharing innovative ideas and practical solutions for their implementation. Additionally, the conference included anti-stress breaks, during which the attendees were guided by top specialists through unique experiential wellbeing activities that helped them reset, explore new relaxation techniques, and feel energized and positive. A common theme among speakers and participants was that enhancing and prioritizing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is a strategic competitive advantage for any business aiming for sustainable growth for itself and for society in general.
