Walk in the Forest and Introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness

Wellbeingr organized an experiential Wellbeing Happening under the instructions of Isabelle Razis, co-founder of Wellbeingr, on Wednesday 21st September 2022 from 11:00 to 13:00 hours at Kaisiarini Forest.

The event was addressed to the Women’s International Club members of Athens – WIC. The participants could feel the physical and mental benefits of a group walk in nature, such as stress relief, energy spike, physical movement, mental wellbeing improvement, and calmness and peace creation.

Following the focused walk throughout Kaisiarini’s forest paths, Isabelle led an introductory yoga and mindfulness session. She familiarized the participants with tools that helped to reach the much-needed inner balance and peace by focusing on the physical, mental, and spiritual strengthening and elevation that promote wellbeing.
