Wellbeingr speaks about Health and Safety at Work

November 10, 2022

19:30-21:00
Megaron Athens Concert Hall

Wellbeingr actively participated in the 3rd Panhellenic Conference on Health and Safety at the Work Place with the theme "Focusing on the human being" and successfully organized the Hellenic Institute of Health and Safety at Work (ELINYAE) on November 10 & 11, 2022 at Megaron Athens Concert Hall. The conference attempted to trace today's health and safety challenges in the workplace from an anthropocentric perspective, knowing that the boundaries between work and other social activities are now fluid.

Angeliki Dikaioulia, co-founder of Wellbeingr participated in the round table on "Current topics for Health and Safety at the Work Place" and presented the approach of Wellbeingr, which comes to complete and strengthen the issues of occupational health and safety. During her presentation, Angeliki insisted on the priorities, which employers and other stakeholders should focus on, in alliance with the direction of the contemporary worldwide strategies enhancing, not just health, but also societal and economic development generally.

At Wellbeingr we strongly believe that work can protect, enhance or exacerbate mental health problems. At the same time, we believe that companies that focus on their employees with a sincere attitude to a purely human-centered approach will ultimately be the ones that will keep their workforce close, by supporting and developing it, and, at the same time they will be able to provide a true added value to their organizations.

Together we can face the modern challenges of technological achievements, climate change, and the sustainability of the planet, by focusing on the human being and his development, using innovative approaches based on concepts including human, social and environmental criteria, that go beyond GDP but are as concrete and attractive as GDP may be.
