Yoga & Mediterranean Food Retreat

Focus on physical, mental and spiritual elevation

Wellbeingr organized the “Yoga & Mediterranean Food” wellbeing retreat on the island of Paros, where all participants took time out for a few days to focus on their physical, mental and spiritual strengthening through yoga and carefully selected Mediterranean food.

Thanks to the experience, knowledge and positive mindset of Wellbeingr’s professional team, the participants had the opportunity (even in a short window of just five days) to escape their busy lives and experience treasured moments of personal development, wellbeing, inner peace and joy in a totally unique setting.

The daily program included yoga classes, focused meditation practice in secret hideaways, individual and group coaching sessions, trekking on hidden paths of the island, and authentic visits to organic farms.  Together with mindful eating sessions featuring Mediterranean specialities prepared with the utmost loving care and attention from fresh, local ingredients, this created the required conditions for five days’ deep connection with ourselves, our nutrition and specific recreational activities which promote wellbeing.
