Processing of Data Related to the Participation of Volunteers in the Activities organized by Wellbeingr

The personal data collected, processed, and maintained by Wellbeingr are the following:

  1. Names of Volunteers
  2. Address /Postal Code
  3. City/Country of origin
  4. Telephone numbers and Contact Emails
  5. Comments they might want to add

Data Sources

The data collected comes from the volunteers interested in participating in the activities of Wellbeingr and concerns only their participation in them and everything else regarding the activities of the Wellbeingr groups in which they participate.

Purpose of gathering Information

This data will be used by Wellbeingr for your participation in the specific action for which the application is submitted, and for the possibility of contacting you.

Safety

To prevent unauthorized access, and to maintain the accuracy of the data, as well as to ensure the proper use of the information, we apply the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to ensure and secure the information we collect.

Data Recipients

The above information collected for volunteers will be available only to Authorized Employees of Wellbeingr, with a relevant and tangible / immediate need to have access to this information.
